Step 1: Next time you need to log a ticket, go to https://support.handd.co.uk/
Step 2: Use the “Open a new ticket” link and follow the instructions to create your Zendesk account and password
Step 3: Continue to log your ticket.
What about my existing tickets?
We will be keeping all existing tickets for six months. Should you need to check a ticket status please use the ‘Check Ticket Status’ link on the partner portal as usual.
