We’re pleased to announce that the new HANDD Customer Support Portal is now live! We do not expect any downtime because of this.

Zendesk, the new customer support portal, will replace our current portal and your credentials will change after the 25th April. You can find full access instructions in the section below:

Why is HANDD making this change?

Zendesk has advanced automations for replies and surveys and its capabilities for automating tasks takes it to another level. With this change we can now automate our customer service processes in a more personalised and customised way. Its reporting enables us to make sense of the information that matters to us most, and thus providing the best support for you, our customers.

How do I login to the new Customer Support Portal?

The location of our support portal will not change, however the first time you access it after 25th April you will need to create an account and password.

  • Step 1: On or after 25th April, go to support portal
  • Step 2: Use the “Open a new ticket” link and follow the instructions to create your Zendesk account and password.
  • Step 3: Continue to log your ticket

What about my existing tickets?

We will keep all existing tickets for six months. Should you need to check a ticket status please use the ‘Check Ticket Status’ link on the support portal as usual.
